.gif8th – 28th January : Master Li Hechun Tai Chi Retreat Practice Tai Chi Cultivation - an ancient Chinese method of exercise for health and longevity - with Master Li Hechun at Tao Garden from 8th to 28th Jan. The practices are divided between 3 weeks. The first week is for beginners starting with 24 movements, the second is more advanced, with 48 movements, and the last week will be a practice of the sacred Wudang Tai Chi.
