UNTIL 12TH: RED CROSS AND WINTER FAIR The annual fair at the back of the Sala Klang (Provincial Town Hall) 6 km. out on the Mae Rim Road. Good to get to early in the day if you're a gardener. Usually there's a good selection of plants on sale. Then again, in the evening there's the Miss Chiang Mai Winter Fair competition to see. Take a pullover.
