.gifKab Moo is a very basic and common supplement to almost every Northern Thai dish. In northern culinary tradition Kab Moo can be a part of every meal, and also a tasty snack. It is pretty easy to buy Kab Moo here in Chiang Mai, as it is sold in every local market; but if you happen to reside in other parts of the world where crispy pork skin does not exist, you may want to make it yourself.
