The newly-provided Chinese station offers well-selected Cantonese style dishes, created by a chef who has over 20 years' experience in the Chinese culinary arts.

Among the massive selection of international dishes, don't miss out on the chef's signature dishes of Lok Lok (several kinds of boiled meat balls, meat, seafood, and vegetables with a selection of sauces), fried rice wrapped in lotus leaves, braised chicken and soup with Chinese herbs, and shark fin soup with crab meat. One of the climaxes of the Chinese station is roasted duck which features soft juicy meat with crispy skin, topped with a tasty traditional sauce. Varieties of Dim Sum are also available at the new station. For cocktail lovers, cocktail drinks are served during the meal, Saturday nights only, at only 90 baht (plus) per glass.

This wonderful evening cannot be completed without trying something from the huge selection of sweets. The white chocolate fondue especially is not to be missed.
