Choice main courses include the Peking duck, barbecued suckling pig, and braised superior abalone cubes in oyster sauce, and shark fin soup is the chef's recommendation for soup fans. Authentic Chinese desserts are available here too such as Chinese plum pancake, swallow's nest and gingko nuts in coconut milk, and sesame dumplings in ginger syrup.

There are four standard sets to choose from, each including a starter, shark fin soup, main dishes, and fruit or dessert.
