.gifIf you were to have come here 29 years ago, you would have been able to eat a hearty vegetarian meal for ten baht seated at one of the eight tables in the converted garage. Today a beautiful restaurant stands in its place that has the capacity to serve healthy food to around 150 people.

.gifA large wild rose apple tree stands proud in the pristine garden that surrounds the magnificent colonial building, recently redecorated in Lanna style. What is exceptional about The Whole Earth apart from the fresh staple food is the meditative, clean and gentle atmosphere, which makes diners want to stay long after their meals have finished.

.gifThe Thai and Indian menu has an equal quantity of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, but with no red meat. Fresh spring rolls, vegetarian Tom Yum and vegetarian satay are delicious choice items from the Thai fare; and the tandoori chicken, bhindi masala, and vegetable biryani are examples of some of the sumptuous servings of the Indian cuisine, with all the dishes here made up of generous portions.

.gifThe Whole Earth Restaurant is not only one of the best restaurants in Chiang Mai City that serves the finest Thai, Indian and Vegetarian cuisines but its customer service also attracts and meets the expectation of guests, making them come back again and again. Since its inception, satisfying their guests has been paramount to the Whole Earth Restaurant and their commitment will ensure that in the future they will do whatever it takes to make meals as enjoyable as possible.
