Preparation
1.
Heat oil in a pot, add tofu, sweet chai pow, carrot, baby corn, mushroom, fry until done. Add noodles, water, mix together till noodles are soft, add all seasoning, followed by bean sprouts.

Remove from heat, serve with fresh vegetables such as fresh bean sprouts, lettuce, lime and cucumber.
