Chiang Mai is a vibrant and interesting city which people of all classes travel to visit and live in together. It’s neither a city with high living expenses nor a poor city where everything is cheap but low in quality and standards. You can find everything you want here, and at a great price.

Located on Mahidol Road and close to Chiang Mai International Airport and all the great shopping opportunities at the department stores at Airport Plaza, the Coco Guesthouse is a simple place hidden in a peaceful ambience and proud to describe itself as a sylvan-style building. This guesthouse is intimate, having just six rooms, which is much fewer than many other value hotels, which can be noisy and overcrowded. The good thing is you will find privacy during your stay and you will not have to worry about sharing your relaxing space with others. You will feel like you are staying in a friend’s house, and be totally free and easy to enjoy your stay in peace.

The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, including queen-size beds, air conditioning, UBC TV, hot/cold showers and of course, wireless internet. During the day you can easily take a trip around Chiang Mai city. This guesthouse is only five minutes from the airport and this makes it convenient to use public transportation. Some people like biking around the nearby streets or taking a stroll to see what this city has to offer. If you want more convenience, the guesthouse’s shuttle car is also available. When you return to the guesthouse and need some light exercise, there’s also a swimming pool to freshen you up after the day’s heat.

Coffee and tea, toast, jam and butter are all on hand for guests to enjoy a snack at any time - just help yourself. You can drink coffee by the poolside or read a good book in the lovely, shady corners with coffee and tea all day long.

This is not a luxurious joint with high-class impersonal service but a down-home spot where can feel relaxed, at a budget price you can afford.
