Long beans cut into 1 inch pieces

Sliced hard tofu

Sliced carrot
Kui Chai (a kind of spring onion)

tbsp.

Cut into ˝ inch pieces

tbsp.

Fish sauce

tbsp.

Sugar

tbsp.

Ground pepper

tbsp.

Ground peanut

tbsp.

Tamarind juice

tbsp.

Sliced garlic

Oil

Eggs

Preparation

1.

Fry garlic with prawn in hot oil, put in noodles and water then fry until soft.

2.

Add long beans, tofu, carrot, sugar, fish sauce, ground pepper and peanut, tamarind juice and egg.

3.

Put bean sprouts and kui chai, remove from heat.

4.

Put on the dish decorated with fresh vegetables, and season with lime.
