.gifEstablished 10 years ago as Taoist training centre and spiritual retreat by respectable Tao master and author, Mantak Chia, Tao Garden has evolved and expanded to incorporate a comprehensive selection of health treatments and facilities that are harmoniously integrated with the Taoist principles on which the resort is based.

.gifTaoists regard the transformation of the physical body as an essential aspect of spirit and mind. Tao Garden Spa was opened 4 years ago with this belief, offering a range of detoxification procedures, health treatments and massage therapies. Tao Garden is located approximately 30 kms northeast from town on the road to Doi Saket. Its grounds are blanketed with trees and flowers in the surrounding area, declared a Green Zone.

.gifMost of the food served is grown in the onsite organic garden or sourced from the Royal project, no artificial ingredient used, and the resort's tap water is from a reservoir at the far end of the land. Vegetarians and vegans are fully catered for, though seafood and white meat is also on the daily menu. Two components that make Tao Garden very distinctive are morning exercise (Chikung) and evening mediation with Chinese yoga (Tao Yin).

.gifGuests have the choice of a wide selection of activities, treatments and therapies available at their Pakua medical spa, the beauty spa, the sports fields and ozone-treated system swimming pool, steam rooms and home theatre centre.
